Muslim Brotherhood’s female candidate for Asuit for the upcoming parliamentary elections, Wafaa Mashhour, has launched a page on Facebook and Twitter to engage in daily dialogue with residents of the governorate and her supporters who now exceed 1700.

In one of her messages, Mashhour emphasizes that the governorate of Asuit has been the hometown of many of Egypt’s greatest leaders and scholars. She called on the youth to continue on the same path, adding, “Although the education system lacks the atmosphere which contributes to the establishment of a creative generation capable of advancing its homeland, it is necessary that all work to provide this atmosphere for the benefit of society as a whole”.
