Muslim Brotherhood Condemns Bombings, Shooting Incidents

The Muslim Brotherhood, Egypt, issued the following statement on latest wave of shootings:

The Muslim Brotherhood denounces all bombings and killings, including the latest shootings that claimed the lives of two officers; prays that God may receive them with mercy into eternal peace and console their families and friends; and prays for a speedy recovery for all the injured.

Once again, the Muslim Brotherhood stresses that crimes of murder and bloodshed are among the worst enormities and greatest sins, with the perpetrator deserving the harshest punishment… "his recompense is Hell, to abide therein (forever): and the wrath and the curse of God are upon him, and a dreadful penalty is prepared for him" (Quran 4:93).

The Brotherhood deeply regrets the total disregard of the sanctity and value of human life in Egypt since the July 3, 2013 coup. The group demands fast-tracked investigations to catch the culprits. It also demands complete transparency and disclosure of facts regarding all previous violent incidents, and that coup authorities cease to deliberately dump accusations on the innocent without any investigation or evidence whatsoever.

The Muslim Brotherhood assures that the Egyptian people’s anti-coup protest action will remain peaceful, and will continue, God willing, until they reclaim the January 25 Revolution and their army and state institutions that have been robbed and abducted at gunpoint.

Indeed… "God has full control of all affairs, but most people do not know."  The unjust oppressors will soon see what destiny they will ultimately meet.
