The Muslim Brotherhood confirms its rejection and condemnation of the death sentences issued today [July 28] against the innocent leaders and members of the group in the case known as the 'Break-up of the Rabaa Al 'Adawiyya sit-in'. These are invalid verdicts issued by a politicized judiciary that became a puppet at the hands of the fascist coup; they are unjust verdicts that punish the victims and their families, and honor murderous coup leaders. Verily, the world had witnessed the brutal killings, dismembering and mutilation of victims who were among the finest Egyptians, and burning and bulldozing their corpses by the coup forces, snipers, armored vehicles and bulldozers. All this was officially authorized by the Attorney-General.

These verdicts add another dark and shameful chapter in the crime-ridden record of the coup regime, and perpetuate the lawless state; as law is squandered, justice is slaughtered, and the door is wide-open for human rights violations. However, this will not weaken the resolve of the steadfast behind bars, or outside, rather, will rather increase their faith and persistence.

The Muslim Brotherhood's course in the service of its religion and the great people of Egypt and its call for Allah (SWT) will steadfastly continue with wisdom and good exhortation and without hesitation or reservation.

{Say, "This is my way; I invite to Allah with insight, I and those who follow me. And exalted is Allah; and I am not of those who associate others with Him." (Quran, 12:108)

As for the murderers and the politicized, corrupt judges, their reckoning will be before Allah the Mighty Avenger.

{[It will be] on the Day the earth will be replaced by another earth, and the heavens [as well], and all creatures will come out before Allah, the One, the Prevailing. And you will see the criminals that Day bound together in shackles, their garments of liquid pitch and their faces covered by the Fire. So that Allah will recompense every soul for what it earned. Indeed, Allah is swift in account.} (Quran,14:48-51)

Egyptians across the political spectrum will remain determined in their peaceful movement, which will never rest until it recovers its revolution, saves its homeland and brings these murderers to just punishment.
