17 Released Of Gaza Supporters, Other 24 Imprisoned

Beni Sewaif prosecution ordered three of the Anti-Gaza Siege Campaign detainees released. The released are Mohamed Yousuf Gergawi, Mohamed Shaker Hussein, and Ashraf Abdullah Farag.

The prosecution issued an arrest warrant against Ahmad Mohamed Mahmoud Abdul-Aziz whom the state security failed to find at home on storming into his house. Officer Wael Makhlouf arrested Abdul-Aziz’s father instead; but released him before reaching the custody.

In Faiom, the prosecution ordered the release of one of the detainees and imprisoned the remaining 12 for 15 days pending investigations.

Meanwhile, Port Said prosecution released eight detainees and imprisoned other six for 15 days.

In Cairo, the prosecution decided the release of five detainees and imprisoned other four for 15 days.
