5 MB Azhar Students Dismissed, Others to Disciplinary Board
Dr. Mahmoud Mehenna, the vice-president of Al Azhar University- Asyut branch-issued a decision of dismissing five Muslim Brotherhood (MB) students at the university.
The students are:
-Reda Al Sayed Atiya a sixth year student in the Faculty of Medicine- He was earlier dismissed for three years from the university dormitory
-Mostafa Mahmoud Eliwa, a fourth year student in the faculty of medicine, both students are distinguished by being academically superior to their colleagues.
-Mohamed Mahmoud, a fourth year student
-Mohamed Mostafa, a fourth year student
-Badr Abdul Nasser, a fourth year student.
These students are expected to be referred to disciplinary boards on charge of welcoming fresh students through holding party to greet these new students .
Sources familiar with the incident among workers in Al-Azhar faculty of medicine, Asyut , confirmed that this action took place according to tips from the faculty guard chief, Khaled Mahran .
