Abu Sha’ar warns of Talmudic gardens project
Dr. Taleb Abu Sha’ar, the Palestinian minister of religious affairs, warned that Israel is embarking on encircling the occupied city of Jerusalem with Talmudic gardens as part of a wider project aimed at Judaizing the holy city and destroying the Aqsa Mosque.
Dr. Abu Sha’ar said in a press statement on Friday that Israel has been focusing its activities for many years on implementing illegal projects in the areas surrounding and neighboring the Aqsa Mosque, especially in the areas of Wadi Joz and Wadi Kidron which are located between Sawwanah junction and Wadi Silwan.
He said that Israel was planning the establishment of nine national, Talmudic gardens, noting that it was accelerating its illegitimate presence in the city.
