Anti-Coup Alliance Calls ‘Enough Hunger’ Revolutionary Week

The treacherous murderer, the coup commander, is proving to be more irrational than ever. He spends lavishly on his cronies, aides his police and military commanders, doubling their salaries time and time again, then asks the people to go without food in order to help his appointed government. He does not see any problem in that ‘logic’, so long as he and his gang are able to hang on to the usurped power.
The Anti-Coup Pro-Legitimacy National Alliance feels the suffering of the Egyptian people who are hungry enough, who can hunger no more. The Alliance calls on the masses of the patriotic people to come out in a new revolutionary week entitled "Enough Hunger" to affirm that the people have been hungry for too long, and have shown enough patience for this traitor’s total failure, especially as they see others enjoy pleasures obtained from the people’s blood and looted money and resources.
This murderer, besieged by suspicions regarding the Russian plane bombing, cannot face up to the intervention of different countries in the affairs of Egypt and their violation of Egyptian sovereignty through inquiry commissions and active participation in securing Egyptian Airports.
We know that this criminal cannot face up to foreign countries because he realizes they protect him, since he lacks the support or backing of his people and his homeland.
We reiterate our rejection of foreign interference and violation of Egyptian sovereignty. We say it loud and clear: preserving Egypt’s dignity and full sovereignty, independence and pride can only be achieved by ousting this treasonous coup commander, completing the January (2011) Revolution, and restoring the democratic process.
We affirm that our Revolution against this illegitimate coup will go on, and that it is aware of the way to restore freedom and reject dependency and subservience, the road to preserve our identity, and to achieve justice and decent living. The Revolution progresses day by day thanks to the steadfastness of these revolutionaries, the heroes in the streets, and those patriots, incarcerated but free in prisons and detention centers.
We remember with pride the exemplary steadfastness and persistence of the three Mansoura women Menna, Yusra and Abrar, who were abducted from the campus of their university two years ago. They have completed a full two-year prison sentence this week without submission or retreat.
Furthermore, we stress that the abduction the Alexandria bridegroom Badri Al-Gamal in a barbaric and humiliating manner is typical of brutal criminal gangs. We assure the bride and groom as well as their families and all youth, that the right of the groom will not be lost, and that his wedding will take place in a better manner when Egypt is liberated from the putschists, the usurpers of power.
The Alliance is preparing a major revolutionary wave for January 2016. It also calls on the masses of the Egyptian people to move to show their rising rage, and join the Revolution, in order to save what is left of our homeland, and what is still left of our country’s resources. When people move, no one and no force will be able to stop them. What happened in January 2011 is proof of that.
Victory for the Revolution
