Anti-Coup National Alliance Calls “Poor’s Rage” Week of Peaceful Protest

Anti-Coup National Alliance Calls “Poor’s Rage” Week of Peaceful Protest
No to injustice and oppression; no to poverty; no to terrorizing Egyptians… With these three NOs we stand in the face of Al-Sisi the unjust despot and oppressor, the enemy of life, who destroyed Egypt and impoverished its people, turning it from a homeland into hell. And when the coup’s growing crises reach epic highs, the junta regime brings back to the scene bombings and violence plotted by its own security apparatuses to distract the masses, to terrorize the people.

It was only a matter of time that Sisi’s crimes and abject failures are revealed before eyes that remained closed for a long time because of the media lies. It is not in the least strange for the poor and destitute to be angry as they discovered the deception and tasted the bitterness of reality. They join in the coming (11/11) Day of Anger, a day of ‘popular rage’ we call on all Egyptians to join, because it is their way to freedom and a decent life, undaunted by any bombings planned by the security services.

To supporters of popular will and dignity… History records your noble stances, perseverance and steadfastness. Disastrous conditions are afflicting the homeland. The failed Sisi continues to commit his crimes, atrocities and trickery. This is no time to retreat or pause. We endured demonization, incarceration and exile. Egypt has a right onto every Egyptian: it must be liberated. Your peaceful struggle is capable of achieving victory. Unity and determination must be your highest priorities.

The Anti-Coup Pro-Legitimacy National Alliance stresses that the patriotic people of Egypt will not be intimidated by cowardly Sisi’s threats, nor the bombing incidents he plots prior to any fury. The army must quickly retreat for the sake of Egypt and its people. Egypt’s army should realize that its spread must be to defend and protect Egypt and Egyptians, not the coup regime that is bound to fall inevitably, no matter how much it attempts to serve the Zionist entity and its icon the killer Peres.

The high prices, repression, relentless arrest campaigns and escalating enforced disappearances rates, will remain the fuel of popular anger, which will not stop for sham bombings by the security services. The circle of discontent is widening day after day, building up to the ultimate day of anger.

Let us get together in a new week of non-violent protests to reject absurd price rises, the injustice and oppression, under the title ‘The Poor’s Rage is Coming’ within the revolutionary wave ‘Leave’. The Alliance is still committed to the demands of the January 2011 Revolution and the rights of the martyrs and to popular will. There is no alternative. Ours has to be a partnership that rebuilds the homeland and protects national security. The army’s natural place is away from politics and power and money struggles.

God save Egypt
