Egyptian state security forces led by Ahmed Abdullah and artistic compilations police led by officer Wael Al Gouhari raided on Wednesday, Jan, 2nd, 2008, several publishing houses and printing offices owned by Muslim Brotherhood (MB) in the governorate of Monoufia, north of Cairo. The raided businesses included Al-Diaa, Quloub, Abrar printing office, Land Net computer office and other companies.

It"s worth mentioning that this campaign is not the first of its kind. These businesses were raided shortly before Al-Adha Feast, less than a month ago.

These businesses were thoroughly searched and IDs of the clients found on the time of the raid were seized.

The state security force seized this time huge amounts of licensed books and tapes and which are circulated in the market after they were approved by the administration of artistic compilations and publication at Al-Azhar and several computers were seized. Also arrested was at least one worker from every raided business.

The state security officer Ahmed Abdullah and officer Wael Al Gouhari opened the computers in the Land Net company and surfed the internet, browsed porn websites and took shoots of these porn materials on their camera phones. Both officers tried to take shots of a female employee in front of the computers to fabricate a porn case against her. When she resisted and refused, they tried to arrest her but neighboring residents intervened and rescued her.
