MB Military Court Session Adjourned till Thursday, Al Shater Skips it again

The Military Tribunal adjourned till next Thursday Jan, 17th, 2008, its session in the trial against 40 Muslim Brotherhood (MB) leaders topped by Khairat Al Shater, the second deputy chairman of the group, and Mohamed Ali Beshr a member of its Executive Office.
 
 Tuesday”s session witnessed resuming pleading for engineer Ahmed. His lawyer Dr. Ahmed Abu Baraka said that all work carried out by the financial committee is forged. He saw that this work is unfair and biased and he submitted to the court the constitutive documents of the Muslim Brotherhood group. ” I challenge any one claiming that the Muslim Brotherhood does any thing against the law and constitution”, said Abu Baraka who refuted all charges against Abu Shousha, topped by propagating  for an outlawed group and money laundry. He also confirmed that the group is legal and there is no text in the Egyptian law stipulating that it is outlawed.
For the second time in a row, the number one defendant engineer Khairat Al-Shater skipped the session for health reasons as he suffered from health complications on the day before because his blood pressure rose and the rate of the glucose in the blood rose because the trial sessions which continue till late at night last for long hours.
