Hamas warned the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) against Gaza"s explosion due to the continuous atrocities practiced by the IOF and stated that it will not accept the siege any more.

In its press conference in Gaza on Monday May 5th, Hamas stated "Gaza is heading to a real human disaster due to the suffocating Israeli siege that tightened 11 months ago through closure of all crossings leading in and out of the Strip and blocking entry of basic materials, fuel, and medicines to the extent that UNRWA has declared that it would halt distribution of supplies to Palestinian refugees in the Gaza Strip as of Monday in the event no fuel was provided through the Israeli-controlled crossings".

Hamas called upon all concerned parties to move towards resisting the suffocating siege and swiftly tackle the Palestinian crisis; otherwise it would be a catastrophe.

Hamas has exerted all the efforts required to make the Egyptian actions succeed to stop the siege and open the crossings. "If the IOF undermines such efforts, our people will never wait for the slow murder" Hamas asserted.
