Mohsen Radi (member of the parliamentary bloc of Muslim Brotherhood and a member of the Culture and Information Committee in the People’s Assembly) denounced the seizing of Sunday’s edition of Egyptian daily Al Dostour in mysterious circumstances, dismissing it as a “scandal” for the regime.

“I wish that the security devices will investigate about the seizing of Sunday’s edition of Al Dostour to protect press freedom and the newspaper’s literary right at the first place before the financial one,” he told Ikhwanweb.

“the invisible hands must not be covered up by the security devices of the regime,” he added.

“We are fully aware of the fact that those who are disturbed by the press freedom and its honest words are integral part of the Egyptian regime.”
