President of Menoufiyyah University Teaching Staff Club Dr. Al-Maghawry Diab announced that the General Conference for University Teaching Staff Clubs number 92 will be held on the last Thursday of this month at Al-Azhar Teaching Staff Club.

Diab explained that the conference will be addressing the challenges of carrying out the project proposed by Dr. Hany Hilal, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the link between the increase of teaching staff members and quality of performance.  The conclusions of the conference will be directly presented to Hilal to be studied and finally resolved.

Teaching Staff members are also planning to hold their 6th General Conference this October to discuss further steps to be taken against Hilal"s project.

Some sources who are acquainted with Ikhwan Online considered the timing of the University Clubs Conference an attempt in agreement with Hilal to abort the idea of holding the 6th Teaching Staff General Conference.
