The administration of the Faculty of Agriculture at Kafr Al Sheikh University dismissed on Monday three students for two weeks, without referring to investigations or disciplinary boards, to deprive them from their right of appeal against the dismissal decision.

The students are: Ibrahim Ibrahim Murad (second year), Abdullah Mahmoud Al Badry (third year) and Ahmed Ibrahim Shaalan (fourth year).

These students had been prevented before from entering the university.

The administration of the Faculty of Arts at Kafr Al Sheikh University dismissed three students for a week, also without any accusations, referring to investigations or disciplinary boards. Dismissed students from Kafr Al Sheikh University are now 38 male and female students from the beginning of the academic year.

As for Al Fayyum University, the dean of the Faculty of Education, Ragaa Eid decided to dismiss five students for 15 days, preventing them from entering the university and attending lectures during these days.

The decision was after referring 13 students -from the same university- to investigations, accused of participating in the campaign of ‘Raqi Be’akhlaqi’ "Decent by my Good Morals" which aims to spread good manners among the students and to eliminate negative conduct of the university community. The dismissed students are: Mohamed Abdul-Azeem Ashur, Ahmed Abdul-Hakeem, Mohamed Mustafa, Mahmoud Mohei El Deen and Abdullah Ragab. While the punishment of the other students referred to investigations has not been determined yet.

Likewise, at Dar Al Uloum Faculty, the dean referred two students to investigations without accusations. They are to be presented before the director of Legal Affairs at the faculty next Wednesday. The two students are: Al Baraa Abdur-Rahman Ahmed Mohamed and Ahmed Ayyub Saad.

Similarly, the vice dean of the Faculty of Social Services, Ms Hoda Tawfiq dismissed Abd El Nabi Ali Abdul-Hameed, Hisham Saber Ali, Al Motasem Bellah Salah Yusuf, Salah Shaban Ahmed (fourth year), Emad Musaed (third year) and a female student (fourth year), for their participation in the same campaign.

Also, she dismissed Khalid Ali Abdur-Rahman and Ahmed Hammad (second year) for a week without investigations or accusations. Sooner, the guards’ leader of the university, Mustafa Al Masri had torn banners including Quran verses, hadiths of the Prophet (pbuh) and some moral advices, despite being stamped from the Youth Welfare and the faculty administrations. She had threatened before Hisham Saber Ali, Motasem Bellah Salah and Salah Shaban Ahmed (fourth year) to dismiss them from the faculty for their participation in the campaign.
