Eng. Ashraf Badr Eldin ( Member of MB Parliamentary Bloc) in exclusive statement to Ikhwanweb, demanded legislative amendment to the law of the Central Auditing Agency, which is a monitoring body supportive for the parliamentary, in order to allow the CAA to enable criminal trials procedures, because of the irregularities and corruption which it reveals.

He stressed the importance of issuing this new legislation since deputies have demanded the transfer of the officials of the Attorney General with charges of corruption and embezzlement, however, the majority of the ruling party pre-empt such demands in an attempt to protect the government in the wrong and the right, said Badr Eldin.

He added, "perhaps the report which was issued by CAA about the Cooperative Construction and Housing Committee is a good proof of this since it was pre- empted by the ruling party MPs despite the very obvious corruption.

He stressed that all reports of the CAA includes many of the governments violations and proves with evidence the widespread corruption.

The CAA has issued a confidential report in which it confirmed the existence of irregularities, stealing and losses up to 24 billion Egyptian pound in the administrative body of the state and he demanded stoppage wasting money, neglect and manipulation.
