A Girl Killed after Being Tortured in Police Station of Bani Souef
A number of human rights organizations submitted a report to the Attorney General to reveal the real reasons behind the death of a girl (Hamida Soliman Abdel Tawwab – 19 years old) in Bani Souef province where she died inside the police station on 21st of April 2009, especially in the presence of witnesses emphasizing that her death was the result of torture and electrocution in the chest.

One of the police officers confirmed to the family of the victim that she was being tortured with electricity leading to her death.
