Ex-prisoner and specialist in prisoners" affairs Abdul Nasser Farwana has warned that the Israeli occupation authority might liquidate the detained MP Ahmed Saadat, the secretary general of the popular front for the liberation of Palestine.

He warned in a statement on Friday that Saadat was in real danger in the IOA jails, opining that the Israeli prisons authority backed by political and security parties were acting out of vengeance against him.

Farwana said that the abduction of Saadat from PA-controlled Jericho prison, his torture during interrogation then his trial reflected a kind of political revenge.

Solitary confinement falls in line with this policy, he said, adding that other harsh measures would be taken against Saadat.
