- Dr. Hossam Abu Bakr (Head of the MB Administrative Office in East Cairo)
- Dr. Ibrahim Mostafa
- Eng. Hesham Saqr (Cairo)
- Ashraf Abdel Samea
- Dr. Mohamed Saad Elewa (Giza)
- Ali Abdel Fattah

It is worth mentioning that State Security Services had launched the raids campaign on the 14th May 2009. The Prosecution had falsely charged them with money laundering collected from a terrorism network designed to conceal and disguise its source and nature, but the Court acquitted them from all charges the day before yesterday
