The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) have installed underwater warning systems that could monitor any attempt to infiltrate into the Gaza Strip by sea, Israeli security sources revealed on Monday.

They added that the system was built in accordance with special technical specifications to detect and abort any sea infiltration by humans or machines.

The sources said in a press statement that the system was numerously tested to prove its ability, noting that the tests proved highly successful.

They said that Israel was studying deploying the system along the northern borders with Lebanon.
