The latest sweep against the MB leaders has harvested much disdain and contempt by numerous activist and human rights members

While the law offenders roam freely sadly honorable and distinguished members of society and the MB are being arrested. During the latest series Dr Mohamed Saad Elewa who was among the highly ranked leaders detained this week suffered a tragic heart attack while he was being transferred in the security's vehicle. He was moved to the Heart Institute in Imbaba where the necessary procedures were taken to ensure his well-being

In a statement to "Ikhwanweb" Elewa's wife Dr Nahla ascertained that despite his health, state security arrested her husband and she is currently expecting any news of his well-being however reports have revealed that he is in a stable condition although it is not his first heart attack. His first being in 2007 in a previous detention

Dr Nahla added that her husband suffers from numerous ailments including stomach ulcers, reflux, and a low red cell blood count
