Israeli warplanes raid northern Gaza

GAZA,  Israeli warplanes fired at least one missile at Palestinian resistance fighters stationed west of Beit Lahia town in northern Gaza Strip at dawn Tuesday, Palestinian sources reported.

They said that the resistance fighters escaped unharmed in the attack.

Local sources said that Israeli occupation forces (IOF) aboard tanks advanced into the outskirts of Beit Hanun, also in northern Gaza, amidst indiscriminate firing.

They noted that IOF warplanes flew over the area where the tanks were advancing.

The IOF command claimed that their units came under attack near Beit Hanun crossing (Erez) last night.
