Nasrallah presents facts proving Israel’s killing of Hariri

Hezbollah secretary-general Hasan Nasrallah presented in a news conference held Monday evening a collection of circumstantial evidence and data referring to Israel’s direct involvement in the assassination of former Lebanese premier Rafik Al-Hariri in February 2005 as well as other operations in Lebanon.

Nasrallah supported his presentation with video scenes showing Israeli aerial reconnaissance activities on February 14, 2005 and confessions made by spies interrogated by the Lebanese security apparatuses.

The scenes included footage taken by Israeli aerial drones scouting the spot where Hariri died.

The Hezbollah leader stressed that the information and evidence he has could be part of his party’s cooperation with any probe committee seeking to know the truth about Hariri’s assassination.

He also proved how Israel recruited spies to convince slain Hariri that Hezbollah was trying to assassinate him and how it managed through one of its agents to control and direct the movement of Hariri’s motorcade.
