A Protest Stand In Solidarity with Tal al-Mallouhi

 The Arabic Network for Human Rights information 6th April movement , al-Ghad party and a group of bloggers and human rights activists invite you to the protest stand , in solidarity with the student blogger Tal al-Mallouhi detained in Syria since December 2009 , in front of the Syrian Embassy in Cairo , on Sunday 19/9/2010 at 3 pm.

 

Tal is a high school student , born on 4/11/1991. On her blog she writes poetry for Palestine. She was arrested by SSI Damascus on 27/1/2009 for her activity on the internet and she is still detained in an unknown location . Her Family was not allowed any visits and some Syrian websites spread uncertain news about her likely death of physical and psychological torture.
 
A delegation of the organizing bodies will address the Syrian Ambassador in Cairo in a letter to the Syrian Government asking to release her or declare the reasons for her detention and try her before the normal judge if any charges were pressed against her.
