State security forces in Fayoum handed in to the heads of the Electoral Commission an official final count that covered names and the number of votes obtained by each candidate, as they will officially announce the success of NDP candidates.

A number of state security officers, most notably officer Marwan Mazen met face to face with heads of the committees at Com Ocean's conference room for Ibshway and Bandar Al-Fayoum. Police officers handed over the final results of the vote counting. He assured them that the voting process will be quiet and voters will not be prevented from casting their ballots. He ordered that the heads of committees hand over the final accounts to the sub-committees and officially announce the victory of NDP candidates.

One of the heads of the committees who participated in the meeting stated that the final number of voters amount to about 350 out of 1500 in each committee. Votes have been attributed to the candidate with different rates but NDP candidates have picked up more than 65% of the vote

The same source pointed out that the count included the names of election winners, citing the example of Bandar Fayoum. According to the fake final vote count, NDP candidates, Sayyed Abdul Wahid, for "Professionals" and Mohammad Hashim for "Workers" won the seats. The same scenario is repeated in Ibshway for seats allocated to professionals and workers.

State security officer, Marwan Mazen, met with the heads of the Electoral Commission in Bandar Fayoum and gave them the final count of fake votes announcing that the ruling party's candidates had won and ordered them to leave the voting to continue smoothly without harassing voters.

Meanwhile, SSI-backed security forces in Egypt's governorate of Dakahlia today at dawn raided the houses of many members of the MB, scaring women and children, causing unprecedented chaos. The contents of MB houses were scattered, and computers and some books have been confiscated.
