Ibn Khaldoun Centre Launches a Campaign “To Bring Election Forgers to Justice”

The Independent Committee for Monitoring Elections which has monitored the elections through 3600 observers in 76 constituencies, stated that it is to launch a legal campaign to sue those who forged votes against the will of the people.

They pointed out that they will address the European Parliament and many international NGOs concerned with democracy and politics to detect the blatant fraud which took place during the first and second rounds of the election.

During a press conference which was held today at Ibn Khaldoun Centre, Ahmed Rezq, director of the centre, stressed that all judicial rulings will be collected in addition to the death certificate of some people whose names were used in voting.
