Judges slam Election Fraud

Judges joined Judge Ahmed Mikki, vice president of the Cassation Court and member of the Supreme Judicial Council Mikki in denouncing the elections and the state’s undermining of judicial independence
 
A memo was submitted by Mikki, arguing that judges should not attempt to monitor future elections.

Mikki highlighted that there was widespread violations slamming the state’s disrespect for the judicial authority. He cited the state ignored court orders mandating that the candidates be permitted to register and invalidated the poll results in more than 90 district
