MB Chairman, Dr. Mohamed Badie stressed that the football match between Zamalek and the African Tunisian football teams on Saturday, was targeting the revolutions in Egypt and Tunisia. He stressed that the loyal Egyptian people totally reject these events which contradicts all Arab and Islamic traditions, as well as nationalism.

The MB Chairman apologised to the Tunisians for what happened to their team, as well as the Algerian people for what happened to the arbitration crew, pointing out that it is the action of those who are against the revolution and who want the two revolutions to fail.

He called on the competent authorities to conduct urgent investigations into the events and bring those responsible to the Egyptian judiciary as soon as possible.
