FJP Chairman: Delaying Elections Will Not Serve the Democratic Process

The Chairman of the Muslim Brotherhood’s newly formed Freedom and Justice Party, Dr. Mohamed Morsy, stated that delaying parliamentary elections would not be in the people’s interest.
Speaking on state television, Morsy stressed that any delay would pave the way for the former members of the National Democratic Party to circumvent revolution.

According to Morsy, the Egyptian people are capable of choosing thier representatives, and that includes choosing to vote for the Freedom and Justice Party or any other; and the MB will definitely respect the choice of the people.
