Speaking during seminar on Tuesday, MB Executive Bureau's  member Dr. Abdul Rahman el Bar explained that Islam is about defending the truth fearlessly and defending the rights of all members of the community, as well as promoting equality and freedom regardless of religion, ideological differences, sex, color and creed.

el Bar praised the revolution and called on the crowds to channel their energies towards developing the nation and not to be drawn into conspiracies by remnants of the regime and some of the media who attempt to tarnish the reputation of Islamists without reason.

He described the attacks as attempts to rig the people’s will and coerce the public into steering away from Islamists, adding that Egyptian people are mature enough to choose their representatives in parliament and that all political factions should accept the results, stressing that similar to the referendum, the ballot box will be the deciding factor.

He added that Islam as a religion which does not discriminate with its principles of tolerance and understanding.
