FJP Meets with Delegation from Turkey’s AK Party

 On Tuesday evening, Eng Saad Al-Husseini and Dr. Osama Yassin, members of the Executive Bureau of the Freedom and Justice party (FJP), welcomed the vice-president of the parliamentary bloc of the ruling AK Party in Turkey, at the headquarters of FJP. They discussed the Egyptian political scene from the Justice and Development’s point of view and advantages to learn from the experience of the Turkish ruling party.

 
The Turkish delegate explained the importance of gaining the legitimacy of the party from the Egyptian people as they are the source of authorities. He added that FJP should help in meeting the basic needs of citizens, particularly freedom, social justice and security, education, health and housing.

He pointed to the experience of the Justice and Development party in Turkey, which came to power in 2002, saying that the party sought to raise the living standards of Turkish citizens and reducing the unemployment rate to about 9%. He also added that Justice and Development has a plan for the development of Turkey’s economies to be one of the big economic countries in the world and to raise the living standards of the individuals for up to $25,000 a year by 2023.

Saad Al-Husseini, praised the Justice and Development’s experience, ascertaining on the FJP’s serious desire to bring change, development and success in Egypt and for the Egyptians through visions, plans and programs the Party seeks to apply in the economic,  social and political life, while coordinating with all other political forces to achieve the best interests of Egypt.
