The Freedom and Justice Party (FJP) pays tribute to all free and patriotic Egyptians abroad...

The putschists spent billions on promotional campaigns to beautify and legitimize the murderous coup. But they have failed to trick or hypnotize the hearts and minds of Egyptians abroad, who have just penned a great new epic of pride and steadfastness in the face of injustice and tyranny. They have exposed the failures of the mad military coup by not registering in the voters' lists and by refusing to participate in a cheap soap-opera the military is using in its desperate search for a way to fake legitimacy for its traitorous repressive regime.

The FJP solemnly salutes the heroic stance of the honorable, patriotic Egyptians abroad who have boycotted the poll of treason and deceit. Furthermore, the FJP affirms the following:

- Voters shunning registration in electoral rolls confused the putschists' plots, so they resorted to broad daylight fraud, allowing people to cast ballots while not registered in the voters' lists.

- Use of cardboard boxes in a number of polling stations abroad caused great embarrassment for observers from international organizations that support the coup – as the peoples of the world watched the farcical and repeated irregularities – and exposed all false claims of transparency, integrity and fairness, which the putschists are trying to use to legitimize the treasonous military coup in Egypt.
