The Anti-Coup Pro-Legitimacy National Alliance in Fayoum (southwest of Cairo) called major evening rallies Friday to condemn coup security forces for the cold-blooded assassination of three supporters of the anti-coup revolutionary movement.

In response to the latest coup murders, the National Alliance said: "We call for evening rallies in Fayoum to launch from the city's major mosques to condemn the cold-blooded killings of innocent citizens by treacherous security forces Friday".

Earlier, the Alliance's office in Fayoum rejected as utter lies the interior ministry's account of the same incident in which the IM claimed an ammunition stockpile explosion killed three people in the city.

In a statement, the Alliance expressed deep pain and sorrow for the deaths of three supporters of peaceful revolutionary action when an unknown person on a motorbike threw a bomb into their house after Thursday's protests. The resulting explosion, then, triggered a cooking gas cylinder explosion – together causing parts of the house to collapse.

The Alliance's statement expressed most solemn condolences to the families of the martyrs, the victims of coup security treachery, and stressed the pro-democracy coalition's continued commitment to the completion of the peaceful Revolution, whatever the sacrifices, assuring that the murderers will be brought to justice in this world, and in the Hereafter.
