Gamal Heshmat: Muslim Brotherhood Against Iran Expansionism
Leading member of the Muslim Brotherhood Gamal Heshmat explains the group's position vis-à-vis Iranian expansionist project.
Tuesday, May 5,2015 18:49

Dr. Mohamed Gamal Heshmat, leading member of both the Muslim Brotherhood and its political wing, the Freedom and Justice Party, said: "Many confuse, criticize or scorn the position of the Muslim Brotherhood towards Iran. Now, I say it loud and clear: the Muslim Brotherhood is certainly against Iran's expansionist project in the region. That is the definitive answer to that question".

This came in response to one of the questions raised in a meeting of the 9th Al-Jazeera Forum (under the title "Conflict and Change in the Arab World"), about the Muslim Brotherhood's relationship with Iran.
