Muslim Brotherhood Mourns Death of Great Scholar Mohamed Mukhtar Al-Mahdi

 The Muslim Brotherhood extends its sincere condolences to the Arab and Muslim World, and mourns the death of great scholar and professor Dr Mohamed Mukhtar Al-Mahdi, head of the group's Sharia Assembly, who died after a long life of giving and good work in the service of Islam and Muslims through the Sharia Assembly, which was and still is a marvelous monument with great contributions in the fields of enlightened Dawa (Islamic reach-out), charity and relief work through a long history of hard and diligent work.

The Muslim Brotherhood offers its deepest condolences to the family of the deceased, to Sharia Assembly and to Mahdi's students and followers, praying to God Almighty to accept him in heaven and bless him with eternal peace among the righteous, prophets and martyrs.
