Muslim Brotherhood’s Statement on the Execution of 4 Innocents Sentenced in Military Court
Muslim Brotherhood’s Statement on the Execution of 4 Innocents Sentenced in Military Court
Wednesday, January 3,2018 06:51
The military coup junta, on Tuesday morning, committed a new murder against four innocent people, under the name of executing the death sentence issued by a military court in the case known as "the bombings of the Kafr El Sheikh Stadium.".  The four were charged with killing three students of the military academy in front of Kafr El Sheikh Stadium in 2015.

The defendants' lawyers submitted new evidence that determine the true perpetrators of the crime, one of them admitted participating in the crime, during the investigations of the Supreme State Security Prosecution in the case no. 9170 of 2017 (criminal offenses) in which the Sinai State organization was the main suspect, but the military court refused to admit or investigate the new documented evidences and confessions and refused to stop executing the death sentences, so as not to show  the world that all procedures that took place before the military judiciary are flawed, invalid, and incorrect.

The case took place in 2015. The security forces kidnapped, hid these victims forcibly, and extracted confessions from them under appalling torture.

Thus, the military junta continues to murder the innocent youth of Egypt using the civilian and the military judiciary as a cheap machine to carry out the killings besides the almost daily killing of innocent people in the streets or inside prisons and enforced disappearances.

Egypt had been witnessing a continuous massacring of its innocent youth while the World is watching, and complete disregard by the United Nations and all the forces that continue to boast and preach the World about respect for human rights.

These innocent souls, which are murdered in such arbitrary and barbaric manner, outside the rule of law or the provision of fair trials, will never be wasted in vain and they will remain an curse on the ruling gang in this worldly life and on the Day of Judgment, it will be doomed to the most severe punishment.

"Indeed, those who have tortured the believing men and believing women and then have not repented will have the punishment of Hell, and they will have the punishment of the Burning Fire." (Glorious Qur'an, 85:10).
