Brotherhood Calls on Muslims to Boycott Danish and Norwegian Products
In response to the offensive caricatures ran by the Danish newspaper Jyllands-Posten, Mr. Mohamed Akef, the Leader of the Muslim Brotherhood, issued the following statment: "In the Name of Allah the Most Merciful and the Most Gracious, I exhort the governments and people of the Arab and Islamic worlds to boycott the Danish and Norwegian products and to take severe measures in reaction to disrespecting the symbol of Islam, Prophet Muhammad, may peace be upon him.
