![]() Pharmacists Stage Sit-in to Demand the Release of their Detained Colleges
On Tuesday, 70 of Egyptian pharmacists staged an open sit-in in the headquarters of el-Dakahlya syndicate in solidarity with their colleagues that were put under arrest in the course of the parliamentary polls.
Our stay-in strike lasts till the detained pharmacists set free. They were picked up at dawn raids during the vote.

On Tuesday, 70 of Egyptian pharmacists staged an open sit-in in the headquarters of el-Dakahlya syndicate in solidarity with their colleagues that were put under arrest in the course of the parliamentary polls. However, they were detained in riot police camps then they were moved to Borg el-Arab Prison, Dr. Ahmed Ramy, a member of Pharmacists’ Syndicate board told Ikhwan online. |
