Dr. Nasser Al-Sanea, MP for the Kuwaiti Islamic Constitutional Movement (ICM) said the movement plans to launch an initiative within the coming few days, after it was approved in a consultative meeting organized by the movement; the initiative aims at reinforcing relations between the government and the Kuwaiti House on the one hand and easing current tensions on the other hand .

Dr. Al-Sanea said in a statement to Ikhwanweb that the initiative includes inviting the MP who wants to lodge an interrogation to meet the concerned minister with the presence of a number of MPs who would like to attend the meeting; during this meeting, the MP shall show the notes who sees need reform in the previous period and former government, in an attempt to correct all mistakes, if the minister gets convinced that there is any, added he.

Al-Sanea pointed out that the initiative will achieve the reform sought by the MPs without leading to any crisis or hindering development projects in the country; he adds that this new method that the movement seeks to present, will give the government sufficient time to achieve projects, specially that it is still new and shouldn"t be showered with interrogations about mistakes of former governments and it, constitutionally speaking, isn"t accountable for former governments" mistakes .

The ICM"s MP added that this method will create a positive atmosphere because the raised controversial points about a previous minister and previous mistakes, will make the incumbent minister rectify them in front of the MP and other attending MPs; but, he adds, if the minister is inflexible and does not accept to reform mistakes, he has to bear the consequences of this situation, although we think the ministers of the new government will not save any effort in cooperating with any parliamentary initiative.

Dr. Al-Sanea said that this method is related to all interrogations that will be lodged at the time being and in the future, especially that any interrogation isn"t suitable during such a political atmosphere and doesn"t give the government sufficient time to achieve and lay down solutions.

Nasser Al-Sanea demanded taking the initiative and meeting ministers to direct any questions to them in case there is any disorder, calling on ministers to regularly meeting various blocs in the Kuwaiti House to secure atmospheres of continuous dialogue that may stop, during the coming period, the wide-spread corruption and deteriorating services.
