Ballot Papers Seen in Al-Behira, Menoufiya and Bulaq Al-Dakrur Just Hours before Polling Day

Media spokesman for Muslim Brotherhood candidates in Behira governorate, Ihab Al-Sayyed, has revealed that he saw some people who had the sealed ballot paper for the women’s quota a few hours before balloting began.
In his statement to Ikhwanweb, he stressed that such abuses are clear evidence of a “premeditated intention” to commit fraud, and reveals the ugly brutal face of the regime.
In Menoufiya, observers stated that Sunday’s ballot has been seen with many people.
Dozens of ballots were found dumped in the streets of Bulaq El-Dakrur, Giza governorate.
Sobhi Saleh, assistant secretary-general of the MB parliamentary bloc, confirmed that seeing paper ballots before election day is a continuation of corruption in the electoral process by the ruling NDP.
