Brotherhood Bloc Sec. General: Security Deal Attempts to Restrict, Blockade Resistance

Dr. Ahmed Diab, the Secretary-General of the Muslim Brotherhood parliamentary bloc, said in statements to Ikhwanweb that the security inked by Israeli occupation and former US administration aims at restrictinng and blockading resistance on all military, material sides and geographical levels.

“Although government declared that it isn”t committed to any agreement that doesn”t include it as a party, but I think it is a mere propaganda”, said diab citing Egyptian government”s giving US equipment access on borders and the noticeable presence of US delegations and seeking help from German and French experts to spot the tunnels.

Diab ruled out the possibility of a US military intervention on Palestinian Egyptian borders, saying the United States does what wants on borders unobstructed, so why does it carry out a military intervention?.

Members of the Egyptian People”s Assembly have voiced their utter rejection to the security agreement held between Israel and the former US administration. The MPs said that signing such an agreement and involving Egypt without its permission are violations to Egyptian sovereignty over its lands and an insult to Egyptian government.
