B’Tselem: One third of Palestinians killed by IOF troops in 2007 were civilians
B”Tselem, the Israeli information center for human rights, has announced in a report published on Monday that more than one third of Palestinians killed at the hands of IOF troops in 2007 were civilians.
The report pointed out that 35% of those killed in 2007 at the hands of IOF soldiers were not taking part in any combat. It said that 131 Palestinians out of a total of 373 killed by those forces were civilians.
Most of those Palestinians were killed in the Gaza Strip, the report pointed out.
