Many candidates of the Moslem Brotherhood, who will run for re-election, were about to win unless the infringements committed during voting and counting processes.
For instance, in Mazgona district, southern Giza governorate, the police besieged the counting commission. They also evacuated the residents surrounding the commission. In el-Wassaty district, of Bany Soaf governorate, the outcome of vote counting is not announced yet.
Furthermore, in Helwan district, no.24, three polling boxes were replaced, in the way to the general counting commission. In Nasser City district, the agents of the candidates were prevented to attend the vote counting process. In addition, the polling boxes of el-Matarya and Ain Shams district were taken to the general counting location without the agents of the nominees.
In el-Hadyaq district, after the end of the voting day, the police took the polling boxes no.59 and 57, located in the polls of el-Dar el-Bydaa School, along with the polling boxes no. 117 and 118, from the voting station of Mahmmud Samy School. Then, ballots marked for the favor of the candidate of the National Democratic Party were cast in these boxes
