Court Rejects Interior’s Challenge Against Release Rulings

North Cairo Court at the 5th Complex district rejected the demurral filed by the Ministry of Interior against the release rulings passed for 25 Muslim Brotherhood detainees last October 8th. They were detained four months ago from a resort city.


State Security Apparatus issued arrest warrants against them; but lawyers filed a petition to the Interior Minister to release them. They were released and a session was scheduled for them before North Cairo Court where they were firstly ordered released along with the demurral filed by the Interior Ministry.


Released Brothers are: Ahmad Mohamed, Sayed Ismael, Attyia Ibrahim, Mohamed Nasim, Ali Kamal, Ibrahim Tharif, Abdulbassit Mohamed, Nabil Mohamed, Mohamed Hasan, Ibrahim Mohamed, Mohamed Ali, Zaidan Sayed, Bahi Mohamed, Yunus Arafah, Ahmad Ibrahim, Ali Attif, Abdu Mahmoud, Ghazal Ahmad, Yassir Ahmad, Mohamed Abdullah, Sawi Abbas, Abdullah Mohamed, and Abdurrahman Mohamed.
