Dr. Ghozlan Urges Global Protest Against Syrian Massacres; Demands Immediate Removal of Assad Regime
Dr. Mahmoud Ghozlan, official spokesman of the Muslim Brotherhood, called for an immediate departure of Syrian Assad’s regime, describing him as a criminal who is committing brutal and bloody war-crimes beyond description.
The regime of Bashar Al-Assad has massacred women and children in the neighborhood of Karm Al-Zaitoun in Homs, Syria, a few hours ago. The brutal massacre has claimed the lives of dozens of women and children, amid reports of mass rapes of women in one of Homs’ squares.
In a statement to Ikhwanweb, Dr. Ghozlan stressed the importance that Arab countries and the United Nations shoulder their responsibility with regard to the bloody events in Syria. Meanwhile, the massacres continued against Syrians protesters and the noble people of Syria at large. Dr. Ghozlan demanded immediate cutting of all relations with the Syrian regime, which does not respect even the minimum of human rights. He also denounced certain countries’ attempts at covering up the crimes of the Syrian regime.
Dr. Ghozlan called peoples of the world to come out in mass demonstrations to protest the bloody crimes of the Assad regime, in addition to continued support of the steadfast heroic Syrian people.
