South Cairo Court decided on Saturday to release two of the detainees belonging to the Muslim Brotherhood who were arrested for nearly two months after their lawyer filed more than one grievance to the Interior Ministry to release them. They were arrested without any charge and sent to Wadi Annatroun criminal prison.
The grievance has been accepted and South Cairo Court decided to release them on Monday.
The two detainees are Sameh Sayed Ahmed (Alexandria), Tohamy Ahmed Mohamed Ammar (Kafr El-Sheikh).
It is expected during the coming days that the Interior Ministry will challenge the release order of South Cairo Court.
