Ehud Barak to arrive to France, French activists threaten to sue him

The lawyers assigned by the French activists announced that they will go to the International Court of Justice at The Hague on what they see as a “war crime.”

Lilian Glock, French activists’ representative, said: “I speak on behalf of a group of international lawyers who will go to the International Court of Justice on the Israeli attack on the aid ships what constitutes without doubt a war crime and justifies our move in the International Court of Justice.”

“Israel needs to stop this bloody escalation and the only solution is international la, we want to stop Israel and punish the leaders who participated in this process, our move is aimed at specific persons mainly leaders and also those who carried out the orders because it is not possible to hide behind the command, the peace activists who were transporting essential goods to Gaza are protected under the UN Security Council’s resoltuion of the United Nations 1860 condemning the blockade, and therefore these activists under international law did not violate the law”, she added.

The peace activists denounced France’s decision in welcoming defense minister Ehud Barak, who is scheduled to visit France on Monday, demanding the police to arrest him if he to set foot on the French land at the airport                                     Source
