Gharbiya, 9 Sharqiya MB Detainees Released
The public prosecution released, on Wednesday afternoon, all Muslim Brotherhood members detained in Tanta, the city capital of Gharbiya.
The release included 11, 8 arrested, and three others who weren’t found in their homes during time of the security detention.
Also, nine of the Muslim Brotherhood detainees in Sharqiya have been released so far, while no decision was issued concerning other detainees or Mansoura detainees.
The detainees appeared on Wednesday morning Jan. 3, 2007 before the public prosecution on charge of reviving the Muslim Brotherhood Organization through staging marches for the feast prayers in a way that led to traffic jams!!!!!!!!!

A crackdown was launched on Tuesday at dawn and included arresting eight MB members from Tanta, the city capital of Gharbiya, 17 MB members in Sharqiya’s city capital, Zagazig, and three MB members from Mansoura, the city capital of Dakahlia, while others weren’t found in their homes; the detainees of the three governorates were held and appeared in front of the prosecution, on Wednesday morning.
For his part, lawyer Mostafa Al Demeiri welcomed this move and considered at as pouring into the right direction and he called for immediately releasing all other detainees.
