The incident took place on Tuesday at dawn, when a 15 police corporal force headed by officer Ahmed Al Nawawi stormed into the house of Nasser Siddik Gadallah, a plumber survived by three children.

They srtormed the house because the victim Nasser Gadallah submitted a complaint against a policeman called Amir at Al-Omraniya police station, accusing him of imposing tribute on the region”s youth. This led to detaining the policeman for 4 days under investigation. His colleagues in the police station formed a force of 15 policemen and two officers. They took two buses and went to Nasser”s house at Magla Romani st. Al Zahraa district, Al-Omraniya. When they found it closed, they entered his neighbour house, called Badawi, and tortured him until they entered the victim”s brothers house, Ishak Siddik and Gad Siddik .

Then they broke into the victim”s house and disheveled its furniture and said to him “You dare to submit complaints in police stations. You will see the consequence”. Then they threw him from the third floor in front of his neighbours and he died at once. The policemen escaped using one of the buses and left the other which was destroyed by the enraged residents.
