Hussein Ibrahim: Storming Al-Aqsa Mosque Proves Settlers Racism, Extremism

Hussein Ibrahim, head of the International Forum for Islamist Parliamentarians, condemned the insistence of Israeli settlers to repeatedly storm Al-Aqsa Mosque courtyards with the support of the Israeli troops and government, which arrested a number of Muslim worshipers.
"This is the ultimate provocation that insults and arouses the feelings of the Palestinian people and the Arab and Muslim peoples, who warn against attacks on Al-Aqsa Mosque, and call for an end to the Judaization scheme conducted by the Israeli government amid unjustifiable international silence.
"Islamic holy sites are a red line Zionists and Israelis must not cross, because it evokes not only angry Palestinian sentiments, but also the feelings of the Arab and Muslim peoples, who refuse the building of settlements and the Judaization of occupied and Islamic holy places."
Ibrahim went on to say: "It is no longer acceptable that the Israeli government protects extremist Zionists who are doing their worst violating Muslim holy sites, and endangering the lives of the Palestinian people.
"I call on the international community and international institutions, especially the Security Council and the United Nations, to urgently assume their responsibilities in maintaining security and safeguarding rights of worship for all religions within the holy city, and to put an end to persistent Israeli violations of legitimate Palestinian rights to practice their religious rites without pressure or terror."
