IOF shooting wounds three Palestinians east of Gaza

Three Palestinian citizens were wounded, at the hands of Israeli occupation forces (IOF), while taking part in a peaceful march east of Gaza city on Wednesday against the buffer zone.

Dr. Muawiya Hasanein, the head of the ambulance and emergency department in the Palestinian health ministry, told the PIC that ambulance teams evacuated three casualties to the Shifa hospital.

He said that the three were hit with IOF bullets in their limbs.

IOF tanks earlier Wednesday opened machinegun fire at Palestinian farmers east of Jabalia town to the north of the Gaza Strip.

Local sources said that the farmers were forced to leave their farms, which are located in the so-called buffer zone imposed by the IOF along Gaza borders with Palestine occupied in 1948.

IOF troops in five armored vehicles escorted six bulldozers into eastern Breij refugee camp in central Gaza also on Wednesday, locals said, adding that the bulldozers damaged Palestinian olive groves in the area as the soldiers opened random fire at nearby residential quarters.
